Danielle Haskin started taking dance lessons at age three in South San Francisco, California at Schumachers
School of Dance.  Beginning with tap for the first few years, ballet, jazz, and lyrical dance soon followed.
Throughout elementary and high school, Danielle performed and competed in numerous recitals and
competitions.  Upon deciding to attend Loyola Marymount University in 1998, Danielle chose a double major in
communication studies and dance.  During her four years at Loyola, she participated in both the faculty and
student dance concerts and showcased her own piece in her senior year.  Danielle also participated in the study
abroad program during the summer of 2000, which took her and Meh-Tropolis creator Sarah Harkness to France
to participate in the international dance festival in Montpellier.  Danielle has been a member of Meh-Tropolis
Dance Theatre since its beginning in 2002 and hopes to continue dancing with Sarah for many years to come.
