Company Dancer
Lauren Paradero Magboo was born in San Jose, CA where she began dancing ballet at the age of
three. Since then, Lauren has been trained in many styles including modern, jazz, hip hop, and tap. She
has studied at several professional studios, including the School of San Jose Cleveland Ballet, under the
direction of Roni Mahler and Dennis Nahat. Throughout high school and college, Lauren's passion for
the stage developed through her involvement in musical theatre. At Loyola Marymount, she danced in
the 2005 spring musical South Pacific, where she first met Sarah Harkness. Lauren is excited about the
opportunity to work with Sarah again and looks forward to developing her craft and sharing her passion
with both the company and the audience. She has been dancing with Meh-Tropolis since Season 4.
