from Meh-Tropolis Dance Theatre for the dollar amount shown above. I understand that should there be
any question with my order form, the Meh-Tropolis Dance Theatre Box Office Staff will not charge my
credit/debit card until contacting me first. Should there be no availabIe seating on the date of my choice,
Meh-Tropolis Dance Theatre will contact me immediately, and NOT charge my credit card. I also
acknowledge that there will be no refund granted once my credit card is charged, and that exchanges for
identical ticket/price amounts may be made for different show dates, with authorization from the Box Office
Staff, dependant on seating availability.

will not be confirmed until payment is received. Credit cards may be processed via phone or mail, and check and cash can
be mailed to Meh-Tropolis Dance Theatre, 3845 College Ave, Culver City, CA 90232, using the above form. Tickets may
also be purchased at the door, but available seating is not guaranteed. There are no refunds.
